ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No results appear under the 'Users and Roles' page for a custom role.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Results should appear as long as the user has access.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Team -> Users and Roles
2. Search for a user
3. No results appear
