The "Delete Project" Option Is Enabled Even Though User Has Not Been Granted the Privilege (Doc ID 2942134.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a project security profile assigned to a user where the 'Delete Projects' privilege is removed, the Delete option is enabled on EPS page left gear option or on right-click.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the 'Delete Projects' privilege is removed, the Delete option should disabled for that user.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. User has project security profile privilege (where 'Delete Projects' privilege is removed).
  2. Login to P6 Web, and select a project.
  3. Right-click the project and note that the Delete option is enabled.
  4. When the user go attempts to delete the project, they are not able to do so.
