Symptoms

When attempting to access 'Open Classic Home' menu option from within CIC Analytics, the following error occurs.

ERROR

'Oh-Oh! Page Not Found. You are lost in infinite data processing...'

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to CIC Analytics.
2. From Home page click on Page Menu (three dots) > Open Classic Home
3. Following error is displayed: 'Oh-Oh! Page Not Found. You are lost in infinite data processing...'
