Linked Elements Failing To Show Data (Doc ID 2942322.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer is reporting Linked Elements as well as other Business Processes are not reflecting any data from the source.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Linked Elements should be reflecting on the Shell detail form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the environment.
  2. Proxy in as the user.
  3. Navigate to the shell.
  4. Open Details form.
  5. Linked Elements for Country and City names not populated.
  6. Navigate to Lease Agreements.
  7. Open lease record.
  8. Click on Community Information block.
  9. Linked Elements for Community Name or Code not populated.
