Want To Update The Vanity Url Certificate But Always Get The State "Failed" (Doc ID 2942471.1)

Symptoms

After the certificate of Oracle Analytics Cloud instance was expired, while updating the vanity url certificate inside the Compartment.

The user attempts to upload a x.509 certificate file (the private key file), enters the passphrase and then certificate authority chain file, the activity fails and user may see the below error message

OAC instance Activity Log shows Edit Vanity URL Status as 'Failed'

Followed (Doc ID 2935145.1) and performed the required checks.
