Symptoms
Post 23A upgrade, if the users have enabled the feature to default the Template Name (Invoice, Credit Memo, Debit Memo and Chargeback) in the parameter list based on Business Unit, this defaulting will not work in a specific scenario only when the Business Unit Name is less than 30 characters.
