In Enterprise Contracts, when trying to edit Event Models conditions (for example: a Guard Condition), the application gives an error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open a Sandbox
2. Navigate to Contracts > Event Model - 'ContractTemplate'
3. Select STATE - Active
4. Select ACTIVE: Details - EXPIRE_ESS
5. Try the edit the Guard Condition by clicking on pencil icon
