Symptoms

If screen locking is enabled, you will be prompted for a password for DesktopUser (Windows) or desktopuser (Oracle Linux).

By default, each desktop is automatically configured with a user account. On Windows desktops the user name is DesktopUser and on Linux desktops the user name is desktopuser. The password is generated by the service and is not known by the desktop user.
