Symptoms

If you are unable to paste copied data to a desktop and you see the following error message, then you do not have clipboard access enabled in Secure Desktops.

If you are unable to paste copied data to a desktop, contact your desktop administrator to enable clipboard access.

Ask your desktop administrator to enable clipboard access. See Viewing Your Desktop Status for information about viewing desktop administrator contact details.
