"Required field are missing" error on quote sync with SFDC (Doc ID 2942844.1)

Symptoms

 When we are trying to sync line items between CPQ and SFDC after V8 upgrade we are getting "Required field are missing" this response.

Step 1 - Click on opportunity tab. > Select any opportunity. > Click on new quote > Click on the Add to Quote button. > Configure products and click on Add to Transaction Button. > Click on Save button > You will able to see the error msg

During commerce integration Process ID: XXXXX, Name: Products - Upsert 200 (V8.3)
Exception occurred for Integration Process ID: XXXXX, Name: Products - Upsert 200 (V8.3)
Required fields are missing: [Quantity]
Required fields are missing: [Quantity]
Required fields are missing: [Quantity]

 SFDC upgrade package to V8
