Modifying Application opens a different Application (Doc ID 2942977.1)

On : 23.A.03 version, Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When clicking to modify an application in Configuration> Applications, "Application (read/write profile)", the application opens to a different application "Integration Application".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When clicking to modify an application in Configuration> Applications, the application you click should open to the details page of that application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to environment
2. Navigate to Menu> Configuration> Applications> "Application (read/write profile)"> click Modify
3. It opens another application with a different name, "Integration Application"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit the application in Configuration> Applications
