Goal

Users created external planned OB load using Init stage interface and assigned 2 orders the load. Only 1 order was shipped out of the 2. Now customer is trying to reassign the second order to a new external planned OB load.

Users requirement is to know if this scenario be handled by using prebuilt OTM to WMS interface?
