Uploaded Files Show Incorrect Owner In OCM

Purpose
We tested this case and we observed the following:
1. User A created a folder and uploaded a bunch off files into it. So all files in the folder and this parent folder itself has the User A as owner / creator.
2. User B now uploaded few test files into it. But the metadata of the files uploaded by User B shows that User A is the owner.
Logically User B should be the owner, right ? Please test this at your end and let us know why this case is happening
