OCI Kubernetes Engine (OKE) - Cipher Suite Getting Changed Automatically to the Default Type for Load Balancers (Doc ID 2943186.1)

Creating a Load Balancer (LB) using OKE, the setup was working.
Have enabled SSL in the LB listener and selected the cipher suite type oci-modern-ssl-cipher-suite-v1, because their SSL won't comply with the default type oci-default-ssl-cipher-suite-v1

However, the Cipher Suite gets updated automatically to the default type at random occasions.

This issue happens only when the LB is deployed using OKE service, not when using the OCI LB service.
