Symptoms

While creating rates in OTM, through Sourcing Rate Maintenance option Upload Rates, it does not trigger any Agent on the agent event RATE - CREATED.

Customer wants to execute some set of actions on the Rate records or other related objects/components on the Rate Creation activity.

 

Is there any option to trigger any such agent based on the Upload Rates activity through OTM Rate Maintenance menu?
