Error Code When Attempting To Open Record (Doc ID 2943195.1)

The Business Process is throwing an error code when attempting to open a record. This is consistent across all projects.


Error Code: xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Log into Unifier environment.
  2.  Navigate to any project.
  3.  Expand the invoices folder in the navigation pane and select the BP.
  4.  Click on an existing record.
  5.  Notice the error message will pop up.
