The Business Process is throwing an error code when attempting to open a record. This is consistent across all projects.
Error Code: xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier environment.
- Navigate to any project.
- Expand the invoices folder in the navigation pane and select the BP.
- Click on an existing record.
- Notice the error message will pop up.
