Activating Contact Does Not Work While Authenticating Using App Key During Bulk Import Or Through Direct Profile Update API (Doc ID 2943220.1)

Symptoms

Activating an inactive Contact (B2B Shopper) by setting the active flag from false to true doesn't work, if the authentication (bearer token) is done using the "App key" route.

You will see that it will work fine on the Admin UI or with a bearer token obtained through authentication using Admin UI Administrator login credentials.
