Symptoms

Autonomous database Standby deletion from OCI console failed with following error:

- Login to OCI console and navigate to standby autonomous database home page
- Click [More actions] -> [Terminated]
- Enter the name of the database and click [Terminate Autonomous Database]

Following error message is displayed:
Operation failed. The standby database was not successfully deleted.
