Symptoms
When attempting to connect to Essbase using the Smart View Add-in (SmartView URL: https://CLOUD_INSTANCE_NAME-CLOUD_ACCOUNT_NAME.SERVICE.DATA_CENTER_REGION.DOMAIN/aps/SmartView), the following error:
Error message: "Unable to connect to provider"
