Goal

In OSF, when accessing the address of an image that doesn't exist:

www.environment-address.com/file/general/image-that-doesnt-exist.jpg

The customer is being redirected to the version of the 404 page that the classic storefront used to have.  However, the expected behavior is to be redirected to the OSF version of the page.
