Nothing Happens When Click On Custom Smart Action In Workspace (Doc ID 2943493.1)

Duplicate of OOTB smart actions are not working in workspace for almost all objects like Account, Contact etc.

The custom smart actions once successfully created do appear in the Smart Actions dropdown, but when click on these, nothing happens.


Ex: Like OOTB Smart Action for Account object - Log a call, when you click on it, the create page opens. But when a custom smart action is clicked, nothing happens.
