Symptoms

POM batch SA_CREATE_RTLOG_JOB is taking long time for process transactions.

As part of performance testing, user created 10000 THEAD in SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD table via rest API getRejectedTransactions. Then ran POM batch SA_CREATE_RTLOG_JOB , it took around 18 mins to complete the job.

Steps To Recreate:

Step:1 created the 10000 records using below rest API in SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD.
Step:2 submit the POM batch SA_CREATE_RTLOG_JOB
