Body Text Box Of Email Disappears When Trying To Reply Or Send Email From Unifier (Doc ID 2943663.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While testing the Request For Bid 'Send Mail' functionality, in certain situations the body text box of email disappears when making the browser window either full screen size or full screen height.

Issue is there when using 1920x1080 resolution with browser 70% or 80% zoom or less.

Issue is there even at 100% zoom when using any higher screen resolution.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to create RFB record.
  3. Send for approval and send invitation to bidders.
  4. Under Proposal Management tab, click action->send email, email body shows as expected and can enter text.
  5. Adjust the screen of the email form to full screen height->click send email again to open the email form.
  6. The body disappears which users are unable to enter any information.
