How To Prevent the Last Saved Cart From Being Loaded After Login (Doc ID 2943750.1)

Symptoms

The saved cart is automatically added to the current shopping cart after the user logs in.

Steps:

1. The storefront user adds a product to the cart

2. Saves the cart (current cart empty)

3. Logs out from Storefront 

4. Logs back in

5. The last saved cart is automatically added to the current shopping cart

The requirement is that even though the saved card functionality is enabled, when the user logs back in, the saved card should not be included automatically in the current order (saved cart and current cart should not merge automatically). 

The saved cart should be loaded manually by the storefront user by clicking on a button (e.g: Load Order) on the My Account page.
