Goal

Error ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables returned by program unit MERCH_RETAIL_API_SQL.GET_ITEM_BASE_ZONE_RETAIL.

1. Took an item from RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE
2. Found a location attached to Zone from RPM_ZONE_LOCATION
3. Checked if item is ranged or not to that store.
4. Went to RMFCS Item screen to range item and got this error.
