On: 23A version, Document Output

After upgrading to Version 23A the page of a Document Designer template freezes when writing a conditional in a section that loops on either Model Line Items or All Line Items,
document designer template page freezes as soon as the user starts typing in the conditional.

Changes

 Upgrade to version 23A.
