Able To View Other Region Opportunities From The Workspace Opportunity Page (Doc ID 2944095.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Able to view other region opportunities from the Workspace opportunity page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able see the opportunities under my region.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Application as a Sales Manager
2. Navigator -> Sales ->Workspace-> Opportunities -> All Opportunities
3. The user is able see other region (for example US region) opportunities only in the landing page
4. On drilling to the opportunity, it throws an error: "An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information. The opportunity isn't valid. The referenced opportunity must exist either in MOO_OPTY or in MOO_IMP_OPTY in the same import batch."
