Modifying OTM Users in User Manager Throwing Error "Exception received from REST service"

Symptoms
Customer is trying to modify any OTM User in User Manager screen and system is throwing error Exception received from REST service.
Updating making the required changes when user is clicking on Finished button, OTM is throwing the mentioned error.
Even, the same error happens when DBA.ADMIN is trying to modify any entry on User Manager. It is observed across Browsers and for all applicable users.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
System should allow changing the user details from user manager without any error.
ERROR MESSAGE
---------------------
Error from Application/UI:
It will throw the above specified error.
Note : Even, clicking on FINISHED button without any change gives the same outcome.
