On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Approvals and Notifications

Approval Delegation not working as expected

User setup JE delegation vacation rule on 06-Apr to delegate to yyy beginning at 4:30PM however, yyy alerted that has received the approval delegation email at 12:58 pm.
