Error When Assigning Party Usage Code Customer To A Customer (Doc ID 2944120.1)

Symptoms

When trying to assign the party usage code 'Customer'   to a customer using the API '/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/hubOrganizations' an error occurs.


ERROR
-----------------------
The operation can't assign the party usage code to the party because the party usage doesn't support an unconditional assignment. (ZCH-105165)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use API  to assign a usage code 'Customer' to a customer.
