Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Unknown users, "Eng Admin, IT Admin, Partner Admin and Cloud Administrator," were found within the Hosting company.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For unknown users to not be in the Hosting company.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the impacted project.
  2. Open the project detail form.
  3. Find the Administrator User picker.
  4. Search for the Hosting company.
  5. Observe the users that the customer did not create.
