Symptoms
After loading the data into SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD table via restapi /Resa/salesService. The following was observed in POM batch SA_CREATE_RTLOG_JOB.
Scenario :1 When SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD table have invalid item - Batch SA_CREATE_RTLOG_JOB pick the data from stage table SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD for RTLOG file creation.
Scenario :2 When SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD table have valid UPC (REF) - Batch SA_CREATE_RTLOG_JOB pick the data from stage table SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD for RTLOG file creation.
Scenario :3 When SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD table have invalid UPC (REF) - Batch SA_CREATE_RTLOG_JOB not pick the data from stage table SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD.
There is an expectation for scenario 3 , either SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD have invalid/valid UPC, Batch SA_CREATE_RTLOG_JOB should pick the records for file creation and for invalid UPC message you can find after the next batch saimptlogi submission.
