Customized Event Model Action with getTemplate() to Send Contract Email Notifications Fails to Include the Attachment (Doc ID 2944298.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Contracts, the user clicks on a custom Action that sends a email notification.

User is not getting the attachment template coded on the groovy script. It returns null on the email notification.

The email notification are being sent without the expected attachments.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to get the email notification with the corresponding attachments.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. User creates a new state model thru Event Model using groovy script.

2. Define a custom status Action using the following script in Event Model to code in the desired attachment template.

3. Trigger the action by clicking to send the email notification.

4. Observe notification email sent without the expected attachment. In the email the template were showing 'null'
