OTM Bulk Plan Failed To Plan Order Release With Warning "Current Itinerary Option has no rateServiceSolutionWindow" Even Though The Rate Service is Present (Doc ID 2944303.1)

Sometimes, customer faces challenge to plan order release with a warning message in the Log as Current Itinerary Option has no rateServiceSolutionWindow.

This error occurs even though there is valid Itinerary and Rate Service (with other rate components) eligible for the order release.

While checking the User Log with Planning Log IDs, something similar to below details found-

This part of the code says, that system was unable to find any applicable Rate Service/Service Time details for the route of the order.
