Electronic Signature OAuth 2.0 Setup With DocuSign Production Account Does Not Work (Doc ID 2944314.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While testing OAuth 2.0 DocuSign connection with  Oracle lower instance, ex. development or test, submitting a document for signature fails with an error.

Note: User has changed the prior connection type from Basic to OAuth while setting up the Oracle lower instance integration with a DocuSign production account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Setup Electronic Signature with Basic Authentication between a Oracle lower instance and a DocuSign production account.

2. Submit a document for electronic signature. This works fine.

3. In Manage Electronic Signature task, change the connection in the Oracle lower instance to use the OAuth 2.0 with the DocuSign production account.

4. Confirm the Manage Electronic Signature OAuth 2.0 task shows completed and validated.

5. Then, submit a document for electronic signature and observe the process fails with the error.
