Downloading Data Chunk in OAC Fails with error message "executeDownloadReportDataChunk Failed: due to File [documents/xmlpwshXXXXXXX.tmp] Not Found"

Symptoms
When trying to download data chunk using SOAPUI the following error occurs in OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud):
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Login to the OAC instance
2. After the page opens you must change the end of the URL from: https://host/ui/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome to: https://host/xmlpserver/services/v2/ReportService?wsdl and another one with https://host/xmlpserver/services/v2/SecurityService?wsdl
3. Login to SOAP and adds these URLs to the Initial WSDL. You must create two instances, one for each URL.
4. In the instance (services/v2/SecurityService?wsdl) access the login folder
5. In the instance (services/v2/ReportService?wsdl) access the runReportInSession folder
6. In the instance (services/v2/ReportService?wsdl) access the downloadReportDataChunkInSession folder
7. Notice that the Response is the above error message.
