Why isn't information from OFS being updated in OAC or ADW? (Doc ID 2944490.1)

The connectivity test in the Application in OFS is successful.
In some cases there are no errors in the Application in OFS.
The Last Updated field is set to a time older than the last events generated in OFS and expected to be available in the destination already.

Symptoms

Even though there are recent events generated in OFS that should be already available in the destination system, after checking the database tables the information has not been delivered.
