Mass Update Button is not Opening the Popup Page to Update the Fields

Symptoms
"Mass update" button is not opening the pop up page to update the fields in Enhanced workbench after 23A upgrade. This is working fine in the finder page. The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create custom screenset and make any filed editable.
2. Create workbench using the above screenset.
3. Click on "Mass update" button to update the fields in the workbench but it will not load any popup page.

Changes
This issue is reported after 23A upgrade.
