Symptoms

 Create Item from UI Doesn't Show Item Classes in LOV.

OR

Getting the following errors from FBDI, Import Map or Web Service (ItemServiceV2 or itemV2) -

Item : null(ORGXXX), ItemCatalogGroupId - You do not have permission to create items for Item Class XXXXXX in the XXXXX organization. (EGP-2775795)
