Record Missing While Loading Data from Object Storage File to Autonomous Database Schema Using ODI (Doc ID 2945159.1)

Symptoms

While loading a CSV file located on Object Storage into an Autonomous Database schema using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), There is one record missing from the total count of the file.
It should show in the COPYXX_LOG or COPYXX_BAD file in the Autonomous Database but in this case there is no evidence of failure or missing record.
The source file is having N+1 records but only N records get inserted in the C$ table and also target table.
Issue occurs when the Mapping is using any of below Knowledge Modules (KMs):

LKM Object Storage to ADWC Copy
LKM Object Storage to ADWC Copy Direct
LKM Object Storage to ADWC External Table
