Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: CSP Automation Failing For Internal Candidates (Doc ID 2945199.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to automatically move some Internal Candidate Offers to HR by CSP, the following error occurs:

 

JBO-IRC-LC-ERROR: 110 :TARGET_PHASE_NOT_AVAILABLE: : LifecycleAMImpl.setCurrentPhaseAndState()| Target phase is not available CurrentPhaseId=XXXXXX TargetPhaseId=16

 

Steps:

1. Employee Apply to Job
2. CSP validates if Internal ( Phase: Background Check and 2nd pass / State: No 2nd Pass Requested)
3. Offer get Stuck and not Moved to HR
