Arguments of Sum Function in Excel Template Are Not Reflected Correctly in Excel Output (Doc ID 2945281.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When you use "SUM" functions as "=SUM(AD03:AO3)", "=SUM(AD04:AO4)","=SUM(AD5:AO5)",....., =SUM(AD150:AO150) for cells from AC3 to AC150,
those are changed in "=SUM(B1:AO3)", "=SUM(B1:AO4)","=SUM(B1:AO5)",....., =SUM(B1:AO150) in an Excel output.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The arguments of SUM functions in the output should be the same as the template.
