Absence approval transaction got errors out with below error message.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Me > Time and Absences > Add Absences.
2. Submit an absence request for approval. Absence transaction is getting error out.

IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users absence transactions are getting error out and none of the request is in pending for approval.
