Unable To Find Shopper By Secondary Account Address In Agent UI (Doc ID 2945415.1)

Symptoms

The customer while using the Agent Console customer search page they were unable to locate shoppers using the "Zip Code" search field in certain cases. The Zip Code being searched is related to the shopper's assigned accounts' addresses

When the Zip Code searched for is part of the shopper's primary account's addresses, then results are found, however when the Zip Code searched for is part of the shopper's secondary accounts' addresses, the results are not found.
