No Competency Section Exists For The Selected Performance Document (Doc ID 2945434.1)

Goal

After adding the below privileges in order to evaluate the reportees of one of the direct report, the below message is seen:

My Team --> Performance Overview --> All-In-One-Evaluation --> Evaluate as "direct report" --> message is shown: "No Competency Section Exists for the selected performance document"

Privileges added:

“Mass Evaluate Performance Documents by Manager” ORA_HRA_MASS_EVALUATE_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_BY_MANAGER to access All-in-One Evaluations.
“Evaluate Performance Document as Manager” ORA_HRA_EVALUATE_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENT_AS_MANAGER to act as a substitute performance document evaluator.
