ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Workspace publish stuck at 98%, and after few hours it went to Warning status.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Workspace publish should be completed faster and in success status
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Publish workspace
2. Publish job is stuck at 98% for couple of hours
