How To Customize The Email Subject "Upcoming Performance Review" To Be Dynamic In The Notification Header? (Doc ID 2945468.1)

Goal

When navigate to the "My Client Groups --> Performance Documents --> Send Email notification, the *Email subject "Upcoming Performance Review" and the header of the notification is named the same. 

However, when change the Email subject, the notification is triggered with the name changed at *Email Subject while the header of the notification remains "Upcoming Performance Review".

How can be customized this notification in order to have a dynamic header in the notification?

The goal is to have the same name in Subject Line of the email and as well in the body of the notification.
