Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Procurement Contracts Generic Issues

A. Create Simplified Contracts Terms Template with Internal Deliverables
B. Create Sourcing event and initiate base Contract from sourcing using the above simplified template
C. Go through all sourcing steps and then during Award, we have to create contract with supplier
D. This contract will borrow the Internal Deliverables from the template and then when we validate, we see the Warning "Problem Details - External Party on the deliverable {DEL_NM} must be an external party on the contract".

1) Go to contracts => Go to Deliverables.
2) Click on the Deliverable name.
3) Name of the Deliverable - xyz
Type - Internal
Responsible Party type - Internal
Internal Pary Name - Xyb
Due date - Relative date Event - Contract Expire
When - Before, Period 60 days ,
Notification - Prior to due date period 1 days
Click on OK,
Click on Validate
