Symptoms

When using Visual Builder Studio, when attempting to add a Gen 3 Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) instance to the Environment, getting a Status of Error.

Using a service account created in Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and have tested the account manually by logging into the integration.

This process works fine for earlier versions of OIC.
