Error "String index out of range:-1" When Goals Section Is Opened In Performance Document (Doc ID 2946121.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Performance Management

When attempting to open Goal section from Performance document the Error : String index out of range: -1 is triggered

Navigation steps:

1. Me >> Career and Performance >> Goals >> Add New Goal

2. Me >>Career and Performance >> Performance >> Performance Document >> Goal section

 

The feature "Use synchronized goals sections" is enabled in Performance Template

Changes

 Log of Error : String index out of range: -1

 

Caused by: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException, msg=String index out of range: -1
